Buying our first property - we were a bit skeptical coming into the buying process just based on some of the things you hear about real estate agents. But David was straight up from the get go - honest and transparent about everything. He was super personable from our first inspection and he kept us in the loop pretty much every day from then. We loved the way he worked - extremely efficient and no mucking around - we had the deal done just a few of days after we inspected the place. Would recommend him to anyone.
