David and Jordy were AMAZING!

We first met David 2.5 years ago when we were deciding whether to rent or sell our family home. We picked David through the RateMyAgent reviews. David gave us an honest valuation and suggestions for improvements connecting us with local repairers. We took the rental option. David was extremely professional and checked in with us every 6 months or so. Jordy from his team reached out early June to check how the rental property was going and if we had considered selling. We’d been too busy to really consider this option but stated that we would happily sell if in the unlikely event they could find a buyer and settle in less than the 4 weeks before EOFY. David called back within 30 minutes with 4 interested buyer agents and asked for two weeks. Long story short, 3 days on the market, 23 potential buyer groups through on the Thursday and 8 offers Friday morning resulted in a signed contract by the Friday afternoon. The final sale price was considerably over other personal valuation and above similar comps around the neighbourhood. A great result and we settled on the 25th June. We would highly recommend David and Jordy to sell your property, they worked wonders for us.
