I chose David as I knew he was the best in the area. He was very professional and experienced. He communicated extremely well throughout the sale process and always made himself available. He sold my apartment even when the market was slowing down. I highly recommend David if you plan to sell your property.

David was thorough, professional and charming. He kept us in the loop and always let us know purchasers’ feedbacks on time. He was honest and forthright. We followed his advise and presented the land as he suggested to give it the best chance of selling, and sell it we did.

David was professional and extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He was informative, and a very good communicator who guided us through the end to end process of a sell. If you're seeking a dependable agent with an excellent track record and understands the market well, David is your man!

David is a very good communicator especially in dealing of prospective buyers during our open home, Based on my observations he is a hardworking person and very helpful. He is a happy person and smiling always talking to his clients. Well done 👏 David and to the rest of your team, thank you 😊 🙏

David is a true professional that delivers on his word. David was referred by a real-estate contact who I know and trust, one that has my best interest in mind, one that could have taken on the sale for himself but instead referred me to David to get the results I was looking for. David was very knowledgeable in the local area and was familiar with my property having sold the property next door and many the immediate area. From the first call David was clear and concise in describing what he plans to do and how he intended to get the results we were looking for. We spent a neat sum preparing and staging the property but it was far from perfect, David came to inspect it and confirmed his position on the phone. It took a short amount of time to get the administrative process completed, but as soon as that was done, David went to work, within 2 weeks we had an unconditional offer, well within the expected time frame. David kept us updated through out the process and was always positive. David is definitely a invaluable resource and will be our go to agent for the area. Thanks David the great service and result.

As a first timer to sell a house was really very hard for us but when we approached David to sell our house everything fall into places and made everything easy for us. He said your house will be sold in a month and was sold in less than three weeks and in a very good price.

David went above and beyond, he was so helpful in every aspect of selling my home. His communication was excellent, always keeping me updated. David sold my house in 6 days above my asking price!! Im extremely happy with the results! I highly recommend David.

David has been one of the most professional and results-driven realestate agents we hadpleasure working with, and David just keeps DELIVERING BEST RESULTS, period!!! We have been working with David as both buyers and sellers in the past and the experience have been fantastic. Always proactive with amazing efficiency, David helped us nailing each step like a walk in the park though lots of effort had been put into our cases by himself behind the scenes. A big THANK YOU David and much appreciated!

David has great industry knowledge and has been lovely throughout the selling process. He distinguished himself from others by going the extra mile. No wonder he is the best agent in the suburb the results speak for themselves. Well done mate much deserved and thank for getting our family a favorable outcome.
