Top agent. From sold at the 1st week open home to unconditional in 9 days was brilliant. Very professional would highly recommend David for any house transactions. Dedicated, hard working, honest and great with communication. David kept us informed every step of the way and went beyond expectations to ensure the process was as smooth, easy and quick as it could be. His commitment to the sale was exceptional. Thank you David !
David was fantastic throughout the sale of our house! He is so bubbly and warm to deal with and made me feel comfortable and confident he could find a buyer for our house!
We are very impressed with David, he was very friendly, trustworthy and professional with what he does. He got my house sold in 4 days for a very good price we are very happy with the result. We would 100% recommend David to anyone thinking about putting their home on the market.
My wife and I have never sold a property before and thought the process would be very overwhelming. However, meeting Cameron and David from Harcourts charged all of that. Their knowledge of the local area far exceed any of the other agents in neighbouring suburbs. We found them personable, easy to deal with and highly flexible to our needs. They recommended the mode of sale which would work best for us and to our delight, totally delivered. We were thrilled with our sale price and it was all due to the advice, knowledge and sales process from the team at Harcourts in Cairnlea. I would, without hesitation, recommend both David and Cameron to anyone looking to sell their property with an agent the cares and listens to your needs. Not the typical real estate experience.
David and his team try their best in a tough market, happy with the result, cheers Oscar.
I appreciate the hard work and effort put in the sale of the property. Nowhere i can find such agent
David got to understand what we were looking for and helped us get there. Always worked hard to get the sale and kept in contact whenever something happened.

Kind and Courteous, Vibrant and Energetic. Important characteristic you will find with this agent. Team oriented when it comes to selling. A credit to the Team Manager and Harcourts.
My partner and I are still finding it hard to believe that we were able to successfully secure our first beautiful home in such a short period of time! Thank you David for recommending this house to us or we would not have found our dream home and bought it too! David was friendly, accessible and understood our requirements with ease. Nothing was too much trouble for David. A big thank you for assisting us in every way that you could, even if it meant working outside of office hours. Your hard work is very much appreciated!
Could not fault David in his effort to achieve a sale for our property The sale process took about 10 Days, during this time he kept us advised on a daily basic re appointments and inspection result Would highly recommend to any potentional seller
