Without David my dream of owning a small acreage country retreat in preparation for retirement would not have eventuated. We faced many problems in the sale of my house in Springfield Lakes right up to settlement day. The eventual buyers, and their solicitor, did everything possible to make life hard to complete both settlements. It was if they were on a power trip. However with David's advice and guideance we finally got there. I can not speak too highly of David's efforts and would gladly recommend his services to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property.
