David has great knowledge of the property and area the property was located. His communication was first rate and kept us in the loop during the whole sales campaign. Would recommend him to all my friends/family.

Prior to engaging David and his colleague, Chris Gillon (auctioneer), I was highly wary and skeptical of real estate agents, having encountered several dishonest ones in my line of work. I felt very comfortable working with David. He regularly updated me about the level of interest in our property and, importantly, his updates were backed by data.
