During our sale there was a situation where a buyer pulled out at the last minute after committing. David was able to get in contact with other prospects negotiate and come to terms higher than the initial offer. AMAZING EFFORT! He was available and present courteous and respectful they agency was flexible and open to our input. From a real estate point of view the sale was a great experience. I would highly recommend David and if ever I buy or sell again green park will be my first port of call.
