David helped the reviewer sell this property

Wonderful result

I have bought and sold two properties through David Mahoney of Green Park. On both occasions he was very helpful and very honest. Very obliging with any queries. And most certainly does the best possible for his clients. The first was 11 years ago and David was the most experienced and knowledgeable agent to approach. We bought a lovely unit and just recently due to family tragedy it had to be vacated and then sold. During the preparation before it went on the market David was most helpful and again honest with his advise and assistance. When ready to be sold with David's advertising , presentation and communication with not only myself but interested buyers the apartment was sold within 2 weeks. Thanks to David Mahoney and Green Park Realty there are now two very happy families, previous owner and now current one. I highly recommend using if you want to buy or sell.in Newington and surrounds.the
