David was the best choice possible to sell during Sydney's Easter Covid-19 restrictions. He made himself available at anytime for potential buyers to view the property, which turned out to be the best way to show the property without set viewing times and days. The marketing was spot-on as well. Photos and floor plans of the happened quickly and the listing was online within days of the property been listed. His knowledge of how to pitch our unique family home at potential buyers was excellent, resulting in multiple offers within 2 weeks.
