To add: David is The Perfect Saleman for his job that I have come across. To date I feel that there had been no other buyer than me (I had been the only bidder) and he had obtained the best possible price for the vendors ever possible even in this stale market (for apartments). We feel we could have bargained at 1.05M but never mind. Lol! When we want to sell this apartment in the future, we would definitely give your agency a call and especially request David to kindly handle the property sale. However, the agency policy should ideally be to take the property off the market once 0.25% deposit is paid, which in our case took until full 10% payout. However, the property listing, pictures, advertisements and all dealing have been a good experience for us. David had also tried to assist us with a Strata report for the property.
