David was switched on to the current market environment, and provided excellent suggestions on how we could improve the saleability of our home. His advice was adopted and the outcome was above our expectations. The communication and analysis of the interested parties showed great understanding of the buyers and that was communicated to us. This gave us the confidence in the marketing strategy which was well planned and executed. I will recommend him highly to other people as he proved himself to be knowledgeable in his field and produced great outcomes for us. Yours Doug and Deb
