I would like to take this opportunity to thank David McGuinness, Joseph Taranto, and McGrath Real Estate for their efforts in the sale of my house. I have been impressed by their professionalism and common sense in selling the home. The hints and tips in getting the home up to scratch, and also setting the right price for it were invaluable. That made for a relatively quick sale, and the process of selling from my perspective was straight forward. The experience and commitment from David McGuinness and McGrath Real Estate tells

Dave was knowledgeable, knew the market and was respectful to all parties including the tenants.

Dave is a true professional, he is a great communicator & very easy to deal with. Thanks for your help buddy.

We had an exceptional experience with David McGuinness and his team! After our tenants moved out of our investment property, we decided to sell the house, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their expertise and dedication helped us sell the house incredibly quickly. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend David McGuinness to anyone looking to sell their property!

I dealt with David in buying a home and found him easy to deal with, open and honest. He was easy to get hold of and did everything in his power to get the information I required. If I’m to ever sell he will be the person I engage as he’s been the best agent I’ve dealt with in Geelong. Highly recommend

Would like to thank David and the team for a fantastic achievement, the service was excellent and always kept me updated at all times which was very important, he recommended the advertising package which yes it was a little more expensive but definitely well worth it hands down, if your in the market to sell your property be sure to call Mc Graths of Geelong and ask for David Mc Guinness or another member of the team

Listing agent David and team mate Joe did a great job for us in pursuing our next investment property. Joe was my main contact for the property and was always prompt in answering any questions. The team at McGrath made the whole process exceptional.

I found Joe to be very patient and honest! and available at all times He is immaculate with his presentation and his real estate knowledge and advice was very helpful! I would deal with Joe again or recommend him for his professionalism!

David McGuinness has been an awesome Estate Agent during our time selling our home. His professionalism is outstanding, communicates extremely well, knew a lot about the history of our home, even some of it we didn't even know. His friendly and professional approach to selling our home was amazing. His attention to detail is a credit to his personality. Harvey and Christine would highly recommend David and his team for selling or buying homes.

His communication skills were top notch Had good insight into market conditions. Very prompt in answering questions. Very personable. In short, I'd highly recommend David to anyone selling a property.

David has been amazing providing myself and my husband with his knowledge and expertise. Couldn’t be more than happy to recommend David to anyone wanting to sell their property or wanting to buy a property. David went above and beyond!!!!

In a crazy market - that's what we would call it, David (and Joe) were great. They were both very professional, we were on the other side of the world for the majority of this transaction and felt that there was honesty the entire way. A difficult job for these guys at the moment but it was flawless. Appreciate the communication between our selling agent and David as our purchasing agent. Very professional.
