Sold our house in a week for the price we wanted. David was straight up about what we needed to do to get the house for sale, the price range, and that he reckoned he could sell it in 2 weeks. With rising interest rates I thought "well that's a promise ....". We prepared the house for sale,as per Davids advice, and once the photos had been done David went hard and fast. With 3 open houses in 5 days it did push us to our limits. He felt it would work with our house and it's location. It sold on the sixth day. From the start we trusted David and his wife Jasmine. They got us into the right frame of mind of selling a house right at the start. They kept us informed during the process. We left them to it, and they delivered. Does not hurt to give him a call.
