I was about to start the process of moving into a nursing home so I couldn't move on the sale too quickly and certainty didn't need the pressure of a pushy agent. Being interstate was not an issue at all with this sale as Dave is excellent at communicating the process and really took charge of the situation, getting an offer within 4 days that was in the higher end of the asking price range.

I decided to put my house on the market that I had for 7 years, during that time I watched the market go up and down, meet my partner had a baby and we decided it was time to sell and upgrade. I got in contact with David and let him talk the talk, and said to my partner bloody real estate agents they are all the same they say they will get you a unbelievable price and will have it sold with in a month. I said at least this guy David seems pretty cool let's give him a go, for sale sign went up on a Friday, David showed buyers around on Tuesday, he come around 8pm Tuesday night with three offers place was sold in 5 days with 41k more than I expected. I was wrong not all real estate agents are the same David is a quality salesman and top bloke, I would have no problem in recommending David or dealing with him again in the future.
