What a wonderful agent!

I chose David out of 3 agents and I can say I made the right decision. David was great from the start, setting realistic expectations and a simple marketing plan which was what I wanted. It was a difficult property to sell being a large forested rural property close to Hobart off-grid, and a house renovation that was still being done. David never let up though, bringing numerous potential buyers to view over the sale period eventually resulting in a better than expected sale price. He was keen to learn about the property and how it appealed to a very specific market, especially while renovations and solar install were completed. David was always in contact via calls, emails and texts, whether it was for a viewing, status of renovations or my health (which was very bad). I couldn't recommend anyone higher.
