David was caring and made sure we got a deal that we are happy with. His strategy of selling the property was sound and it sold quickly. His assistant Ashleigh was also good and they made a wonderful team. If I need to sell another property I would use David again in a flash. As I am in Darwin it was very important to have a knowledgeable person that knows Perth

David sold a property for me in Ferndale recently. David gave considered and very fair advice, and was supportive throughout the process. He was very responsive, communicated clearly and it was great to deal with someone who was both down to earth and highly professional. He more than exceeded my expectations. Ashleigh from the team was also friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. They made my experience so much easier and I have no hesitation in recommending David.
David Milkovits is working hard, home is open every weekend. Good communication with the after-home open with the owner. He is helpful to the owner. We recommend to David if you want to sell your house. He is a superstar at selling the house.
