David has a sound understanding of his local area and took the time to explain the purchase process and was upfront about the sellers conditions. Throughout the process David & Tara kept in communication and even after the property was settled they still offered a high level of professional service and communication.
I was very impressed by David's approach to selling the house - a silent listing while we decluttered and then a home open when it was in reasonable shape.
