Very happy with our experience with David and his team. They have successfully managed our Perth investment property for over 15 years . When we decided to sell the property it was quick , hassle free and we were very pleased with the price. Thanks David and his team .
The purchase of the house was very fast and agent was very good communication helping me a lot , I say thank you very much I’m so happy buy this house. Sometimes it feels like a dream because I’m far away in a different area but I managed to buy this house in a very short time. Thank you 🙏
David was great. We were selling two investment properties and he was professional, friendly and got us a sale that was above our expectations even in this inflated market! Would recommend.
Our experience as buyers with David and Freda has been 10/10. The settlement process was very streamlined and they were always happy to help with any questions we had no matter how small! Freda was very responsive and friendly. We felt that the team worked hard for both parties, buyers and sellers. David knows the area so well and you see his name everywhere on Sold signs which tells you a lot also. Very happy.
David was a professional from the start of meeting him, this is what drove us to choose him from the start. Through out the journey he continued to be the consummate professional.
We bought a lovely house. David is reliable and well communicated through offer, inspections and untill settlement. Thank you
