David was referred to me by a great family friend with an absolutely glowing recommendation, one which was so good it seemed suspicious. However, I am happy to say, after the successful sale of my property, that he more than deserved the praise. Effective, completely autonomous, honest and straightforward, a clear master in his craft; it was an excellent experience from my perspective as a seller. Would highly recommend David for prospective sellers with a target sale price in-mind, and a stomach and disposition to receive honest and valid feedback. He does not mince words, and I 100% respect it as a straight shooter myself + if your target is realistic, he will absolutely go to bat to get it for you, as I can attest to (unavoidable factors be damned).
