David's communication throughout the sale was first class. We are not living near the property so communication was really important. We were really impressed that any enquiries, open homes and follow up with potential buyers were communicated at every stage. David also leveraged off his network to ensure that the number of potential buyers exposed to our property increased, giving us more chance to sell.

David went above and beyond to sell the unit on our family's behalf. Nothing was ever a problem for him. He was very patient with me, was not a pushy agent and put my needs before his own. Everything was explained in laymen terms where I could understand what was going on. He explained every procedure in detail when it arose including after every open home and offers put. David was very helpful throughout the entire process. He called me regularly to provide updates, right from when the paperwork was signed last year in November, through until the pre settlement checks etc yesterday. My unit settled today and the entire process has been smooth and stress free. I have dealt with Property Central in Penrith since I purchased my unit in 2009, they have also been my rental agency for almost 2 years. I have never had a concern when dealing with the entire team. Lee and David have both been great, and without their knowledge and communication, I doubt I would have been able to get such a positive outcome!
