Sorry it's a bit late, but got carried away with packing up the house stuff. we met David twice before signing up with Barry Plant Bundoora. Plus a few times over the phone due to the lockdown. he was very professional, explained things very well in layman terms too. He called a few days before the auction saying how the auction operated online, giving us the option of delaying the sale a week if we felt uncomfortable at all. The auction was online, so we didn't have the hype of a street sale which we were looking forward to, in a funny sort of way. it was still exciting online, everyone was so calm with the bidding, but of course we were very nervous. But it ended well. the signing of all documents went well online everyone knew what needed to be done. So thank you David & Renato for your help & understanding, all our questions, may have repeated a few here & there, but it all comes out in the wash. We chose to contact David for sale of our home due to his reputation and name of Barry Plant, which is well known in Bundoora area. From the first interaction till last, we found David to be very prompt, persistent and polite. His market knowledge is tremendous and his advise on various aspects of House preparation for sale, pricing range , displays and sale method are very accurate. We could get only 2 days inspection, one in the morning and one in the evening and then lockdown started. However only with 2 inspections, many clients have shown interest to offer before the Auction date.. This particular aspect that we truly appreciate about David. We got the successful sale of our house only with 2 days inspection and the acceptable price. David has the persistence, courage and ability to show right direction to client for the best outcome for the client.
