David Murphy warrants more than 5 stars. David is humble, hard working and extremely 'plugged in' to the Mosman market. David has no time for the pretence of some of his suburban real estate 'peers' and his authenticity is an asset that delivered dividends. Many agents talk about the power of their 'data base', however David is the first agent that I have ever seen deliver 30 prospective buyers to a pre listed property inspection. Not only did David and team sell our property in record time and at a fair price for all, but they worked diligently to help us prepare our property in order to showcase its genuine appeal. Bindi Codrington is an asset to any seller. Bindi can prepare and present a property with military precision. Bindi navigated multiple stake holders, an excellent trade network and the tightest of tight time lines to deliver a result that exceeded all expectations. Bindi genuinely treated out house like it was her house and did so whilst navigating a 'some times' anxious and occasionally grumpy seller (me) with the same calm elegance that she used to deliver the promise. The day David secured our listing he said "The team and I are on this" and they were. People make a great deal out of a 'hot market' but all the heat in the world means very little if the right people at the right time do not come together. David ensured this happened.
