He can read his audience and his greatest attribute is his ability to listen. We sold our home during COVID-19 - with cautious buyers, changing buyer needs and sentiment - DM is patient and doesn’t provide short term, short sighted advice to influence an outcome - but will gently and honestly provide feedback to navigate the process, along with keen perspective and a healthy dose of humour to settle the nerves!
