David has a strong reputation because he "tells it like it is", which isn't always the case in real estate but is definitely in the interests of a genuine vendor. He was on annual leave during the negotiation phase but was helpful prior to that in regards to buyer strategy in a non-auction campaign. He has surrounded himself with a very personable and professional staff who are a credit to him. Well done David! 👍
