We bought a property from DM real estate. David always has lovely homes for sale and understands the needs of buyers. He helped to arrange inspections and we are very happy with the home that we now have. I do feel that current market conditions favour vendors and I would like to see more transparency in the sales process. The purpose of a cooling off period provides purchasers with adequate time to have inspections completed and minimalise the stress involved in buying and selling a house. I appreciate the time that David took in taking us through this process and reassuring us that the property we were purchasing was worth its value. Building and pest inspections were completed by a third party so that purchasers could review information quickly as required. The staff from David Murphy are friendly, competent and extremely reliable.
