We embarked on the sales campaign of our property expecting a quick result however it became apparent after a few weeks that the market had softened substantially leading us to review the initial marketing strategy, which entailed a relatively short viewing period followed by auction. Despite having made these changes, we were still faced with little interest in the property and we were questioning whether it was time to review our decision to sell.
