I was not confident that my offer will be accepted, but I thought I will at least try and hoping the vendor will consider, as anyway I'm a first home buyer. I was surprised to receive a call from Bindi Codrington on a Sunday. Bindi was very helpful and as we discussed my options I can sense that she genuinely wants me to have the apartment. I was really thankful for her. Bindi went out of her way to help me realise my dream to buy my first home.
