It is a real pleasure to write this review for David and his team. The real estate market has been proving very difficult to navigate at this time, however David was able to bring buyer and seller expectations together to achieve an outcome that as buyers we were very happy with. At a time when some agents are laughing off lower offers, David kept us close and informed regarding the campaign but without ever making us feel pressured or that our level of interest was off the mark. He showed respect for our commitment to the buying process and the time we had taken doing the due diligence on our end. There was no pushiness or insincerity, only calm advice and appreciation for our situation and perspective. The sale was then followed up by rapid / supportive problem solving around paperwork and some very warm messages from team members. Very impressed.
