New experience selling

Having been a long time resident at our sale address, things have certainly changed since we sold our previous property and moved to Greensborough. This is the first time we had been involved in an auction and we were somewhat apprehensive. From day one, David advised us to put the property to auction, how right he was. The price achieved was in excess of our own estimate formulated over a considerable period of time. We were pleasantly surprised on auction day. In the marketing campaign leading up to the auction, I was impressed by the amount of work David carried out. He was always on time for open days, prompt to follow up telephone calls and provided a regular update regarding numbers of queries, particularly from interested parties. We also received a regular briefing of local market trends and a general outline of how the marketing campaign was proceeding. Post sale, David's attention to detail has once again been prompt and excellent. He is a hands on person leaving nothing to chance. The result achieved was substantially due to David's hard work.
