Yes, David Ogg sold our house, but were we happy with the result, not completely. I think we should have shown our new buyers round on the final inspection, which could have alleviated any problems when moving in. The fees are extremely high in WA, something I am still not used to, and although I would not want to be a property agent, I do feel the fees could be lower, especially when there is a low market Communication was sometimes lacking, and I felt I had to contact the respective agent and settlement agents myself, instead of the other way round. We're in our new place, moving on
