We had been trying in vain with nearly every local agent on the Gold Coast to sell our $1.5million prestigious waterfront property on the Gold Coast for a few years. I was looking for a good agent, research the internet and also driving around the area, Red Rocket is the agent to use. I called up David, he is the agent for the area. He was pleasant, help us so much. He done an appraisal. We started a little higher than the market, we had quite a few people come through on the open house.
