David has the right balance of interpersonal skills and professional ability. David's knowledge of real estate, based on his many years of experience, was evident. This translated into clear and detailed professional advice, though it always felt that I was dealing with a mate rather than speaking to business consultant. David was always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I asked for clarification, and he always gave me time to think about what we had discussed, never once putting me under pressure to make a decision there and then. In the end David sold my house faster than I had anticipated, and for more than I had hoped it would sell for! What more can I say? Oh yes, I should also mention ... once the house was sold, David did not just 'cut and run'. He continued to offer support by answering questions like "what happens next" and "who do I contact about ... ?" From beginning to end, David was there!
