Prior to selling our house, we didn't know David however he came highly recommended by a friend in the industry who'd sold a previous property however she was about to retire hence the referral. David di not disappoint, we found him highly informative and an active listener who was more than accommodating to our situation and needs. David walked us through the process and suggested several options then allowed us to choose without any pressure, which was very re-assuring to say the least.
