Prior to selling our house, we didn't know David however he came highly recommended by a friend in the industry who'd sold a previous property however she was about to retire hence the referral. David di not disappoint, we found him highly informative and an active listener who was more than accommodating to our situation and needs. David walked us through the process and suggested several options then allowed us to choose without any pressure, which was very re-assuring to say the least. We opted to go the Openn Auction method and are now very glad we did. David worked hard to secure potential buyers both locally and out of state. After every home open, David provided open and honest feedback, he didn't tailor his words to what we may have wanted to hear, it was all totally constructive. At the end of the day, we were only listed for a couple of weeks before bringing the auction forward, then achieved more than $60k over our reserve price. We set the reserve at what we thought our property was worth, to achieve the additional is testament to David's hard work and his support team in the background.
