David is very knowledgeable. When he told me I will sell my property for a certain amount from the start of the process I didn't believe him. He ended up selling it for more then what he told me.
David is well versed in his Experience within the Local Housing Market plus his commercial knowledge was challenged within this particular sale . David handled the commercial issues in his stride and eventually resold the property for the same amount as the first offer that fell through.
