David helped us to sell our seaside holiday house in Mandurah. He spent time with us to explain the market and the online auction process in detail. He carried out the sale for us in excellent professionalism. He was available 24/7 and attended to every detail. He has a network of competent tradesmen to help preparing the property for sale.
David was great from the initial meeting through to the sale. His market knowledge ensured we received a quick sale at a great price, and his management between the tenant and buyer took the stress out of selling.
David was fantastic from the moment he stepped in to give us an appraisal! His expert knowledge of the market, plus recent sales in our area, made us confident he'd get us the best price for our property. David always made time for our calls and questions, and nothing seemed too much to ask. Although the online auction made our palms sweat, he stayed cool, calm and collected throughout technical difficulties and tricky phone calls. We couldn't have been in better hands! Thanks again, David!
We are so happy that David was recommended to us by a friend. From start to the finish everything went so smoothly, if a bit nerve wracking, which goes with selling a house. David’s reassurance, guidance and professionalism throughout the whole process was brilliant. He kept us updated every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend David and Elders to anyone who is going to sell their house.
Very professional , A to B , quality service , good negotiator. Always making it go right . Richard 👍
We purchased a home through David and recently sold it with him. Both times we were impressed with his professionalism and his "nothing's to hard" attitude. He is transparent with both buyers and sellers so you knkw you're being looked after. He works hard for his clients and I'd gladly refer him any day
David was very enthusiastic to sell this property that had been bequeathed to The Salvation Army Rockingham for the benefit of our ongoing work in the local community. The property was originally in an un-livable state and very run-down before David and his team at Elders volunteered to clean the property to add value, and what's more, he took no fee for the sale so that the benefit to the community could be mazimised. We were absolutely amazed at the care for our community that David and the Elders team displayed. And the property sold for more than expected, 100% of which will go to directly benefit our community. Thank you, David. I would recommend anyone to seek your services.
David was so great to deal with, his professionalism, knowledge an experience shows in all he does. Getting me results above my expectations.
Arranged an appointment with David to appraise our investment property signed up the next day, property on the market and under offer in two weeks above asking price. David was recommended to me from a neighbour who sold her home.
My experience with David was first class. He was present very professionally and achieved a outstanding result for me, all being in a seller's market. Was expecting more person contact, but realise that it's a electronic age and I am not experienced in that mode. Very happy with David and the end result.
It was great to have David on my side doing everything correct , in the way he went about selling my property . Cheers David and thank you again . 10 stars mate. Regards SMURF.
