David Parlor review

David Parlor was truly exceptional. I met him back to 6 years ago buying the property and was impressed with the level of knowledge about the market and accommodating, understanding different circumstances and needs. It was a few years when I would email David and ask if it’s better to sell the property even though it will result in a loss and David managed somehow to find words to convince me to wait.. If you think about it, most of the agents would just advice to sell as it’s in their interest to get more properties sold. So when it was the right time this year to sell the property, I did not even think about any other agent (and David did change the companies within the time period). David was ALWAYS available, his responsiveness was incredible. David will work with you to make your desires a reality. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially troubled sale process very simple. Thanks to David I opted to use Openn Negotiation online auction and have no regrets. Making an informed decision is the most important part of selling/buying a property. To summarize – David made us feel like friends and they made the whole process feel easy.
