Our experience with David Parry Real Estate when buying our new house was mixed. The experience we had with the first agent was extremely frustrating and at times totally unbelievable! We had to chase her!!?? It took almost 2 weeks for the price negotiations and contract to be sorted, mainly as our agent took days to return calls etc. BUT!! Our second agent however was terrific, Wayne returned all calls and texts promptly and positively!
