We are an honest, hardworking, young Asian Australian couple who have struggled as first home buyers for many many years and have dealt with numerous agents. We are thankful that we have met David and are buying our first home through him. We found David to be very polite, professional and easy to deal with. He was honest with the condition of the property and what he knew and he didn't give us any bluff. We appreciated the experience so much from having dealt with agents who were pushy, dishonest and who just don't care about you as a buyer. David mentioned that the owner was looking for a young couple who are buying their first home and when he met us he helped us negotiate with the owner so we could get the property and not have to beat an investor's offer, so we saved some money when the owner accepted less than what our final offer (which was a big stretch for us), and this doesn't really happen at all!!! This has really been an amazing experience for us as first home buyers especially after what we have been through and all the disappointment we've had from bad agents using us to get higher bids from investors. Its strange to say but we were prepared for the worse but what we have received was a smooth professional transaction. We're still in disbelief that it has been so pleasant.
