I had the pleasure of meeting David in 2016,for a valuation on a deceased relatives property. It was a complex matter as home owner died without a will. However during the following two and a half years, whilst getting property tittle transferred over into the family name to advance to being able to actually sell in Dec 2018. In this time David and his wife started a family, being blessed with two beautiful children. In this time I found David a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge within the area was exceptional. Along with his honesty, integrity, customer values and requirements, punctuality, and work ethic should all be commended. I will also note that David did transfer to another Ray White agency within this time. I chose to stay with David. The team on the day of auction were outstanding, and at all times kept me well informed. I personally would recommend David Perco from Ray White Real Estate.

I had met with a few agents and had narrowed the list down to 3. When I showed my wife the list she completely disapproved. She insisted that I contact David Perco. When I responded that all realestate agents are the same, she showed me the evidence. Looking at the average days on the market, David was well below all the other agents. Looking at his recent property sales, the prices were much higher than other agents for similar properties. I couldn't deny the facts and met with David. The difference with other agents was clear as night and day. He may look flashy and sophisticated but he's completely down to earth. I signed up on the spot. There were too many properties available at the time of listing. It was going to be a tough sell, but David was always positive and reassuring. During the Christmas New Years break, there were a series of massive storms in Sydney. Strong winds from one such storm nearly blew the sign board away. Concerned that it would not survive the next storm, I contacted David, who I knew was on holidays up in the central coast. David said he'll come around and have a look, while he was at it could he bring a few people over to have a look at the house. So David came down, attempted to fix the sign (he actually did a pretty good job!) and the house sold that day! On his holiday break! The timing was perfect! Given the market conditions, the price we got was way above expections and it was still a bargain for the buyer! David exceeded my expections in every way, and the bar had been set very high (by my wife). I'm glad to have met David and it's nice to know that I no longer will need to meet with agents, I'll just contact David directly if I ever need to buy/sell property and he'll definitely get a referral from me if ever asked. I should also mention Patrick Jerji who works with David did a fantastic job himself. I see a bright future ahead for him in real estate.

Patrick is very easy to work with, who is very keen to learn and ensuring all my questions are answered appropriately and requirements are met. Whilst David is very knowledgeable and full of great experiences. Both are very approachable and extremely responsive at all times. The guys have helped me to buy a property as well as sold another property.
