Everything has been good except for one critical point. The tenants were allowed to dictate inspection days / times and normal marketing practices were changed to accommodate them. They were allowed to be present at inspections and communicated with a prospective purchaser unsupervised which negatively impacted negotiations and offer - I was bitterly disappointed about this.
David is very easy to get advice and always available to speak to if and when needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone .
