David would be one of the most patient and understanding Real Estate agents I have ever met. From my first inspection to the final purchase of this property, he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, not pushing whatsoever and an amazing man. His local knowledge of the area was a great advantage and I felt I was very comfortable to move into this area. He always made time for my phone calls and returned them very promptly if he was not immediately available. At no time did David doubt me as a genuine buyer. David is an asset to Dalton Partners and I would highly recommend him to any future purchasers or sellers.

David's communication was excellent. He was able to come out of office hours to assist our sale which is extremely helpful with young children and my husbands hours. Since our sale he has also been keeping an eye out for us for our next home.
