David helped the reviewer sell this property

Very happy

We were very happy with David's service. It was our first home we sold and weren't familiar of how to sell a house and what the process involves. He was great explaining it all to us and was a fantastic communicator keeping us informed at all times. Even though we knew the house would sell quickly (Torquay houses are selling like hot cakes), we weren't sure how much buyers are willing to pay and were very happy with the price we got. The house sold for beyond our expectations. Thank you Dave for your great service and for negotiating such a fantastic price.
