I must admit, this type of land was fairly difficult to sell. The land did not sell for a long time until I requested a drop in price, then it moved fairly quickly! The strategy of marketing was good, in line with current procedures, I suppose. The land was on the market for almost exactly 12 months before a sale was made!

Experience was on the whole good . David knows the local area well . He is a professional and pleasant agent . Early in the process the communication and feedback from office staff was lacking however David rectified this quickly . The sale result did take sometime however this we feel was due to the changing market and various newly built units coming onto the market in our area .
