We knew from when we first met and interviewed David that he was the type of person we wanted to market and sell our home. We looked at two agents and David Pisano was one of three agents interviewed after being recommended to us and hearing some great feedback from other vendors and purchasers as to his service and results. Both David and one of the two other agents were respectful to their competitors during their interviews and were able to promote their strengths acknowledging their competitors in a positive way. This showed us integrity and professionalism during their interview. David probably stood out for us as we found that he listened to what we wanted, and told us that he would be personally responsible for looking after us throughout the whole campaign until we sold our home for the price we wanted. He also had the advantage of long-term experience and knowledge of the Strathfield market of which we thought our Tuscan style of home would similarly suit a buyer who had been priced outside of Strathfield market and looking in Concord. Right from the day we called David to tell him the news that we had chosen him to market and sell our property, he was like 'Kingston Rule' out of the gate on Melbourne Cup Day! ' Within the week David had all the marketing media ready and posted on all the premium Real Estate sites on the web and we were off! Our sale was during COVID restrictions and LGA lockdowns so it was a challenge for any real estate agent showing homes via appointment only. David personally committed his own time to meet and show every potential buyer through the home. On the first open day, 15 appointments were scheduled from morning to night. This commitment continued throughout our campaign and at auction, until we landed the final result we were happy with.
