From our first introduction to the property (and a number of subsequent revisits) we were treated with courtesy. David took the time to discuss the building, its location, key features of the property and its immediate environs. Importantly, he displayed the same empathy with all others who sought his advice. Although his primary interest was that of his client (the vendor), so, too, David demonstrated a fair and balanced approach in our discussions.
