Honest and great communication

David helped me buy my first property! He was open and honest and incredibly responsive - things I had not experienced with previous agents I had dealt with. He opened the property up for me prior to the first open home and we had an instant rapport and he was upfront and honest with regards to expectations and the reality of the situation.
