David and Troy worked well as a team to sell our house. Unfortunately the interest or market was slower than desired which didn't give them as much of an opportunity to demonstrate their negotiation powers and drive the most desirable financial outcome for us as vendors. They did a great job working with the tenants to show prospective buyers through and ensure that the property was presented in the best possible manner. As an overseas vendor, David kept me informed regularly on progress and provided me with options to consider. Troy provided me with a thorough overview of the campaign and his analysis of what the various statistics concluded to help support decisions needing to be made. David and Troy know the Emu Plains market and have good connections in the area built on solid reputations.

The first thing we noticed about Jim Aitkin and Partners was how well they worked as a team. This was evident when the home was valued and at the Open Homes. Davis Reeves and his team were very helpful and David himself was knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. However I feel his best attribute is that when he says he will do something he does it. We gave David's team a tricky house to sell, had been some where to sell. Failed big time, we did a have couple things with our home that may not have suited every one.
