When the time came to sell our house we were selling with someone else, but that was short lived as he was ripping us off. I always new when the time came to sell that I was going to with The Australian Real Estate and I’m so glad we did when someone walks into your home and says WOW you know you are in for a treat that was the start of a good thing very professional and smooth sale. Literally sold in one day via a phone call couple couldn’t make it for open house on the Saturday rang on Thursday to ask if they could come on Friday they did and the rest is history the best sale of the century. We had a short settlement were out in under 4 weeks we were all in shock as to how quick it all took.

I generally do not like real estate agents , David did not conduct himself or behave like a typical one and acted in nice personable human manner , the main things I needed from my agent was Transperency, accessibility , honesty and understanding.
