Job Done on vacant block

I met David at an open house which was way above my budget. We chatted for a while and he asked if I considered building. It was something I hadn’t considered, but afterwards I looked into it. I looked at a certain block, and loved it. It turns out that a block I loved, David was selling. I called David and put in a one and only offer. He promised that he would do his best to get me my dream block and he didn’t disappoint. This wouldn’t have happened without David’s advice and help.
