David was great! Always kept us informed of what was happening with house opens and people’s thoughts of the property (even got left lollies after each house open 😊). He was honest in that it wasn’t the best market to sell in but came close to getting us what we wanted but made that difference up with negotiating with the bank to get the property we purchased for less so came out about even. Great guy and always available to answer any questions or queries we had
